About this event
Embark on another exciting journey through the less-explored corners of our region with this drive!
Join us as we depart from Deer Park and venture north toward the stunning Colville National Forest. Revel in the area’s wild, untamed beauty and breathtaking distant mountain views, crafting a dramatic and adventurous backdrop.
As we head towards the town of Boundary, WA, enjoy the serene experience of being just on the edge of the Canadian border, where the landscape opens up with expansive vistas and a peaceful sense of proximity to the north.
Continuing through Leadpoint, you’ll encounter the rugged charm of a former mining ghost town nestled in the mountains, with remnants of its past like the old schoolhouse and the Pacific Northwest National Scenic Trail adding a historical touch amidst the forested hills.
Moving on to Spirit, WA, the scenery shifts to a quiet, rural expanse with rolling terrain and scattered woodlands, offering a tranquil contrast to the journey.
The tour will wrap up with a delightful lunch in the charming town of Colville.
